The videotraining consists of three videos and the aim of this training course is to give you an overview of what is a principled and rational negotiation, how to prepare for it and how to carry one out. Videos contain instructions for exercises that can be performed while watching. Content of the videotrainings: 

  • Part 1: How to focus on interest rather than positions? 14 minutes
  • Part 2: How to look for and choose between alternate solutions? 14 minutes
  • Part 3: How to focus on the problem, not people? How to behave during negotiations when being on the weaker position. 11 minutes.
You don’t have to watch the video from start to finish, you can pause it and come back to it later.  Trainer Siim Vahtrus.
